Centro have elected to provide facilities management as the day-to-day needs of managed property through its team of 20 personnel in the fields of cleaning, gardening, building, window cleaning, electrical and other maintenance services, on a direct basis. We produce economical and effective solutions to Lessees' needs. A mobile emergency service, where personnel will have regular responsibility for repair or other operations, generates an extreme thoroughness in every field of work. Centro Services Limited do not operate for external Clients and produce special standards throughout their portfolio of in excess of 3,000 properties. About 100 communal gardens and 250 staircases are manicured each week to the standards demanded by the resident beneficiaries of the service.
