Since 1990, and through Centro Plc and Centro Group Limited, the volume of activity has placed us into a leading specialist position, in the management of blocks of flats. Whilst operations generally encompass locations within a one hour drive-time of the Sutton Headquarters, our expertise is called upon within the whole of the inner M25 area, north and eastwards to St Neots, Cambridge and Chelmsford, in a southerly direction to Goring and, on the north/south line, up to Windsor. Approximately 150 residential blocks are the responsibility of a dedicated management team of over 30 personnel.
