As part of our Letting Division function we are able to provide a full letting management service to our Client Landlords, whereby we act on the Landlord’s behalf to administer the tenancy, including the collection of rental payments and organising any ongoing maintenance of the property.
In addition to finding, referencing and installing a tenant into the property, we act as the first contact for the Tenant for all enquiries during the tenancy. Where repair or maintenance work is required we will source suitable contractors, organise any work and report back upon completion. As often as not we have the facility to use the services of our sister divisions able to provide facilities management and building maintenance.
Our overall service offers the highest levels of peace of mind and convenience, intended to leave our Landlord’s safe in the knowledge that their property is being managed in a comprehensive and professional manner.
