HEAD CONCIERGE
To manage all concierge staff on site. Including production of staff shift sheets, ensuring adherence to code of conduct and specified tasks previously set out.
To ensure that there are appropriate professional standards of behaviour within the division.
To monitor the standards of work, working practices, productivity and standards of customer care of the members of the division.
To work closely with management and subordinates, stimulating motivation and a sense of group satisfaction.
To ensure full knowledge of all building system operations, including key fob programming system, CCTV monitoring and downloading operations.
To keep the lobby area clean and tidy, especially at the weekends when cleaning staff do not attend. To spot clean any areas of the building as and when required.
To take delivery of parcels and hold keys for Residents. The highest levels of confidence and discretion are required in this aspect of the role.
Update Centro Security Limited of any and all issues affecting the development, including all work to come from the regular walk rounds. This includes advising of damage to walls, defective light fittings, faults on fire detection system and any other item that would require maintenance to ensure the building is kept to a perfectly maintained standard.
The Head Concierge is to inform Centro Security Limited of any failure to perform by any members of the division.
